No, I don't. I simply can't remember every single shooter from every single country so I sometimes skip some of them.

Anyway, thanks for reminding me about these shooters, I'll add them to the list tomorrow.

Russia:
Dmitry Korostelev (2019 Perm shooting) — 1 killed, 2 injured.
On the early morning of 4 December 50 y.o. previously convicted man being in a state of alcohol or drug intoxication opened fire with illegally owned shotgun at  the people on the streets (near his house) of the city’s outskirt. He killed one woman, injured one man, and later injured Rosgvardiya-officer, who arrived on the scene. The shooter was also injured and arrested.

Korostelev was sentenced to compulsory treatment in November 2020.

Some of the Hispanic names on this list are written incorrectly. Spanish naming system has 2 surnames, and you usually only refer to them using the first one, e.g. Iván Arancibia, Guilherme Taucci, Luiz Henrique, etc. Argentina is the only LatAm country that doesn't use that shit. Anyway, some additions:

Argentina:
Ricardo Barreda (5 killed, 0 injured)
Javier Romero (1 killed, 1 injured)
Ariel Santángelo (3 killed, 1 injured)

Chile:
Israel Huerta (2 killed, 4 injured)
Italo Nolli (2 killed, 4 injured)
Victor Campillay (1 killed, 5 injured)

Peru:
Eduardo Romero (5 killed, 9 injured)

Of the hype cases in Russia, you can add the Nord-Ost 2002 (although most of the victims there are from soporific gas).As well as the terrorist attack in Buddenovsk in 1995.

I added the names of the leaders of both attacks because I cannot find the info on the identities of most of the attackers.
