yeah i know i suck at names

I'm interested in categorizing mass murder (or attempted mass murder) events by what tactical strategy was used. Here are some I devised:
  1. "Columbine (Plan A)" - Set off a bomb in the middle of a public area and shoot as people as they run away. This definitely has the potential for the highest amount of kills if done right, especially since they will be too busy running away from the fire and destruction to try and tackle you. (as far as I know, only Vladislav Roslykov has managed to pull this one off well. The Columbine and Suzano faggots definitely tried and failed, though not quite as hard as Sebastian Bosse did)
  2. "Columbine (Plan B)" - Tread the hallways of a building and open fire at anyone you see. Possibly the most common strategy used by school shooters, thought it's easy to fuck it up, especially if you open fire before of near the entrance so the whole building goes into lockdown before you can do damage. (Columbine and Suzano had to resort to it, but it's been used in nearly every other major school shooting, including Sandy Hook and Parkland)
  3. "Locked In" - Lock everyone into some sort of space where they can't escape and open fire. Doesn't necessarily have to be a room, can also be an island as we saw in the 2011 Norway attacks.
  4. "Sniper Elite" - Stand at a tall structure and using a long-range gun, shoot at the people down below. (used by Charles Whitman and Martin Peyerl)
  5. "Wanderer" - Stray from house to house or city to city, shooting whoever you can find (used in Tsuyama, Uiryeong, and Port Arthur)

pls comment what other events fall into these categories or any categories I might have missed

Randy Stair's plan falls into the "Locked In" category as he blocked off as many exits as he could with pallets and blocked of the bakery exit with his car. Even though he locked/blocked the exits, the only person who even tried to escape, did in fact make it out safe and called police. He caught Victoria, Brian, and Terry off guard and they likely had no idea what was happening until they were shot, so they had no chance of trying to run anyway.

What would an event like the 2008 akihabara massacre fall under? It aligns with columbine (plan a) in that it takes advantage of chaos directly caused by an initial event, but instead of a bombing it was a truck ramming.
