Why Didn't The PropAne Bottles Explode When Eric Shot At Them?

Well my guess is, the bullets didn't penetrate the tanks. Take a look at this video.

These kids were complete morons. It is nearly impossible to have a propane tank blow up, especially from 2 inexperienced little kids with really crappy guns. They were obviously not right in the head. Their plan was a total fail from the start. Those propane bombs would have never blown. Ever.

Good riddance to those clowns. They took unfortunately 13 innocent lives that day. May they rest in piece. Eric and Dylan? May they rot in pieces.

Propane tanks will not explode if you shoot them with just bullets. You need incendiary rounds.

Yeah, you'd think with a whole year of planning they would be able to construct a bomb and that you would be 110% ready IF you would have gone thru with something like this. .

They must have lost all sense of reality.

I'mno explosive experts.
However afaik the police reports mentions taht the bomb only partially went off. That the propane cagth fire, but failed to explode and instead burned in a pretty slow manner as far as propane goes.
