Wayne Harris' journal in text.

Over the next day or so, I am going to attempt to type out Wayne Harris' journal so it's easier to read. The things I am unsure about, I will note it. If you think you may know what he's saying in the things I am unsure of, please leave me a comment and I'll edit it.

Yes, those seem to be about right. I've edited them in. I still have several of pages left to go. His handwriting isn't easy to understand but I'll try my best. Thanks for helping me out with that.

I don't think this was a proper record of Eric's behavior as much as it was to make sure he had easy access to all of the information he needed and I don't think he ever thought anyone else would be reading it. I think he was mostly taking quick notes while he was speaking to people on the phone so he wouldn't forget details or writing little reminders of the important points to mention during conversations with Eric, school admins and other adults.

There are even a couple of things in there that I think were written by Eric (based on handwriting and phrasing) so this wasn't some serious official thing written because he was so gravely concerned, just a memo book where he jotted stuff down so he could stay on top of the situation (which he seemed to interpret as Eric getting into mostly harmless trouble).

Well we don't know exactly what Eric told his parents but the fact that he quote "lied like a fucking salesman" to them on a regular basis I am sure Wayne was convinced that Eric wasn't at fault. Judy is uppity and over reacts a fair amount. I think it is easy to see how he would want to believe his son over the Browns.

I am sorry, but is anyone going to continue transcripting Wayne's diary? Or maybe someone else already did it?
