| How was it that John's conversation with Dylan was not caught on the 911 call? Could it not have been that audible?

| I think their exchange was soft spoken, thus not being recorded over the sound of the fire alarm. Remember John Savage claimed to have said 'pardon' a couple of times so I assume they were talking as opposed to shouting. | |

| They had to change it afterwards. Fire drills would exacerbate the PTSD suffered by survivors. Kids having panick attacks etc. |

The Final Report lists that call with the alarm sound in it as the wrong time, that's all.
It is just a sample of what the alarm sounded like.
