Were the full 911 Tapes Destroyed?

I know they claim to have destroyed the basement tapes, but did they also do away with the 911 call?

I don't think they did. I think Randy Brown has a copy of the full library 911 call.

I wonder if that will ever be publicly available.

I wanna know how long the call ran before the dispatcher hung up because everything in the library happened (including E&D entering, exiting, and returning) around a span of 40-45 minutes. I wonder if by any chance you can hear Eric and Dylan offing themselves...The only additional audio I've ever heard was that leaked chopped up version that lasts like 20 seconds; sounded as if someone was using a tape recorder to record the audio.

Randy Brown has them.  He showed them to that FHM writer who did an article with Brooks back in 2004.  The tapes were shown at the Brown residence.  Check the last page of the article.

The part where Eric shouts "more rage" is the smoking gun that these are the basement tapes.

Wow that was a very insightful article! Thank you [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.].. you are by far one of the most knowledgeable people on this wonderful website. With that being said, there is no doubt in my mind that the Browns own a copy of the tapes. Do you think there would be legal repercussions if say Randy were to leak the tapes, or give it to someone else who would leak it out? I can almost guarantee that the Browns aren't the only one who have a copy of these tapes by the way. I just feel that with Randy being so open and against the whole system in general, that he would at least try to get these tapes out

Any thoughts??

Because it may be out of respect for the victims' families. It is extremely disgusting to hear kids getting their brains blown out, and hearing those two bastards laugh about it, and hear them taunting them. There is nothing that "educates" us with getting the 911 calls, besides to end our curiosity.

The Basement Tapes on the other hand can educate us, and should be released. Unfortunately they never will be.

If he did have them, he'd release them. It's well known that it's the one piece he doesn't have.

He doesn't have the Basement Tapes. He has the full 911 call, which again makes complete sense why he wouldn't ever release them.
