Flash of Light in Cafeteria Footage: What is This?

Hey, everyone.

I was watching the footage of the cafeteria during the time period of 11:29-11:37, when Eric and Dylan where just above, in the library. I wanted to see if there might be any sort of reaction, indication, etc.  to the ongoing slaughter above. At exactly 49:55 in the following video (the time stamp on the cafeteria camera itself being 11:31 08-44 AM), you can see a very brief flash of life in the UPPER RIGHT section of the camera. It is a lot like a flashlight being clicked on/off very quickly.

Is there any chance that this might be from gunfire above, in the library? Or, an effect of such?

I thought not, because I assumed the library and cafeteria had no open spaces between them (or did they?), and hence, no visual effects from the library massacre could be seen. If this flash of light wasn't an outcome of the shooting above, what else might it have been?

Sorry if my question is somehow redundant or if has already been answered.

Having watched this footage longer, and in greater detail, I can now see that this was not an uncommon occurrence, these sporadic flashes of light. They are not regular and consistent, but I guess it's pretty clear, now, that they had nothing to do with the shootings underway.

One more question, however:

Is there any evidence that Harris or Klebold saw any of the cafeteria witnesses when the pair returned to the cafeteria after 11:44 (when Harris tried to shoot and detonate one of the bombs)? I see several students hiding in various spots. Did Eric or Dylan see any of these students?

Im guessing its a fire alarm.

I don't think they saw any of them. And if they did I don't think they cared.

I think they definitely saw them. I have been in the cafeteria and it's smaller than you think. Those kids under the tables were close to Eric and Dylan.

Also, I think the footage being grainy and black and white distorts our image of it. It's hard for us to make out what's in the video, so we assume that it must've been a dark and cloudy room. Actually this was in the middle of the day with windows on all sides and it was quite bright in there.

Not true. Virtually all of Cullen's positions about Eric's and Dylan's mental states are not his own. He got them from doctors and profilers who examined the case.
