Newly Released Material on UCC Shooting

I recently found newly released material on the UCC shooting that was released on September 8th 2017 nearly 2 years after it took place.

The links contains newly released photos of the crime scene, pictures of the victims, and items belonging to Chris Harper-Mercer, a video of Chris buying guns 2 days prior to the shooting, and three documents including his pathetic and nonsensical manifesto. I added two links because they each contain different photos.

It's been hard for me to find information on Chris. Thank you for all this stuff.

I was curious when the police would finish the investigative report; if they did one for Zawahri then they will do one for Harper-Mercer.
