$45,000 is going into legal script review (what bs), graphics motion control, sound mix (really?), and color correction (again? really?)
and the entire editing process is only going to be $52,500

what a way to exploit columbine for profits, at least admit that most of that $45,000 is going into your pocket, nobody believes it won't

Seen it before, it's just a repetition of other documentaries, only from other people, and some fancy effects.
