List of Reddit AMAs involving Columbine survivors

Here is a list of Reddit AMAs involving Columbine students. Basically an 'AMA' or 'Ask Me Anything' is a Reddit subforum where people of interest (such as celebrities etc) will give Reddit members the chance to ask them questions, and have them answered. In this case a few Columbine past students who were at Columbine on April 20th 1999 (and a couple who are current students now) have created AMAs and have answered questions. I have listed the ones I can find here. Please add to the list as more come about. Note that some AMAs have not been verified. If any links have been striked out it means there is reason to believe that AMA was fake and/or the person was likely not who they said they were.

Yes. Unless he changed his name no one by that name was in the library by that name

It would be all to easy for anyone who has a decent amount of Columbine knowledge to pose as a former student online. Some people get a sick pleasure from it.

Honestly when I was reading through his answers that's exactly the feeling I got. He knew enough to impress the average person and most people are scared to question it.

Yep I thought his AMA was suspect too, especially his second one where a lot of people are calling him out. Will make an amendment now.

Regardless thanks for posting these. At least it will serve as proof that people do shit like that. I guess they like the attention or want to feel like they are somehow a part of it.

Updated thread with the link to the popular AMA of the past week involving a student who was at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School at the time of their shooting.

Damn, looks like Brooks deleted all the posts he made in his AMA and then deleted his Reddit account.

I found an archive of it though.

I read through some of the Brooks Brown one, and this was a comment from a user:

This is a really interesting point when thinking about Eric letting Brooks go, Dylan letting John Savage go, or even them sparing some people in school.

These are all super interesting! Awesome finding.

I believe one of the AmAs being doubted, the name given is an amalgam of three survivors and there's some holes in the poster's story.

Not a reddit AMA but there was something mentinoning have you met murderers or something like that, there was this one guy who mentioned his wife was from Columbine and said they were weird and they don't like talking about it.
