Shooting Experience

I was thinking about when Eric and Dylan started learning about guns and how to shoot. I assume Eric learned at a young age, but I think Eric introduced Dylan to it. Considering how lackadaisical Dylan was with gun safety (loading a gun into his stomach and even in Radioactive Clothing the gun is pointed at Erics head at one point) I imagine he learned from Eric.

I imagine if Eric had to teach Dylan how to shoot it was kind of him pulling him towards the point of no return. If it was Dylan's idea, Eric was the nuts and bolts guy.

I think its safe to assume based on watching poor Dylan that he was indeed very new to handling an actual gun.  

Its also safe to assume if Eric had taught Dylan about guns/gun safety that he himself didn't know much beyond how to load it and make it go 'pew pew!

I imagine they probably watched a bunch of movies and were like "that looks cool, let's do that"

Most likely they did.

I thought the day they tested out the guns was the first time they'd ever held a gun in their hand.

Good point, I assumed it was the first time they shot the guns they'd later use during the massacre. I thought Eric had shot guns in the past. I could be thinking of BB guns though.

Yeah Dylan had a BB gun for sure
