Perhaps the only vehicle-ramming attack in Brazil?
Text from amok wiki:
Carlos Eduardo Gonzales (also mentioned as Carlos Eduardo Gonzalles or Gonzalez) was a Brazilian student who wounded 15 people in Jacarepaguá, Brazil on April 19, 1993.
Gonzales was trying to execute a bootleg turn (a driving maneuver) but failed. Angry after being booed by the crowd, Gonzales reversed his car and speeded into the crowd, injuring 15 of them. After attempting escaping, the crowd caught Gonzales and severely beat him with rocks and metal bars until police arrived and controlled the situation. Gonzales was severely injured and was sent to the Hospital Miguel Couto where he was released. Gonzales was charged with attempted murder and driving without a driver license.
