On trivia's note, when family of Tim Kretschmer moved out from the city, they put the house on sale. First responder wanted to buy this house to create "mass murder museum" in this. Tim Kretschmer's father declined this offer.

He did do a fair amount of rambling.

Has a plan of Adam Lanza's house been made? I am struggling to create a visual map in my mind, with all those pictures of the house. I wish there was a map so I could see exactly how rooms were and where rooms were.

I believe there are sketches of the house somewhere. If I recall correctly, I have seen some of them.

That has to win the contest for "shittiest mass shooter house." Like, damn. Also, according to schoolshooters.info, "The conditions in the house were horrendous, and they could not afford amenities."
According to a documentary on the case (which I hope is accurate? There's a lot of contradictory info in this case), the house above was where he lived with his mom after his parents got divorced. This apartment building was where he grew up before that, which his paternal grandparents also lived in. His parents got divorced after his dad sustained a head injury which caused him to become aggressive. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
(From schoolshooters.info) "After the brain injury, Igor became aggressive toward his family. He reportedly beat his wife and son, as well as his own parents. He was also an alcoholic; neighbors said Igor was more often drunk than sober, and he became more violent when intoxicated.
