Who are your favourite crime duos (other than Eric and Dylan)?

Gerald and Charlene Gallego, Paul Bernardo and Karla Holmoka are interesting 'lover duos'.
Not a duo, but I find the girls who killed Shanda Sharer interesting (Melinda Loveless, Tori Lawrence, Hope Rippey and Laurie Tackett)
Robert Thompson and Jon Venables were a big story where I live; Jon Venables is still always in the papers..
Mitchell Johnson and Andrew Golden were two middle schoolers who did a shooting.. Link.

Charles Starkweather and Caril Ann Fugate are rather interesting to me, having been the inspiration for the movie Natural Born Killers.

I keep forgetting that Andrew Golden did the shooting with Mitchell Johnson. I never read articles about their friendship or anything like that. How long they were planning it? Etc I wonder if it’s because they stayed alive or if Eric and Dylan were just more compelling? I still think their friendship and how they kept the secret for so long is one of the most compelling things about Columbine

Bonnie and Clyde? Didn't see them here even though they're probably the most infamous. And I should also mention the Academy maniacs, those 2 Russian teens whow commit a school stabbing before stabbing each other, the North Hollywood bank robbers and that Russian couple who ran away from home and shot at the police.

Did they kill anyone? (Other than themselves). I think HE shot her because she was too afraid to do it herself. Nasty looking suicides too.

I guess our killer couple problems equates to America's gun problems.

The Dnepropetrovsk maniacs Viktor Sayenko and Igor Suprunyuk. Alexander Hanzha doesn't count because he didn't participate in the murders so therefor I'm including the duo that did. Also should mention William Russell Matix and Michael Lee Platt, Brian Draper and Torey Adamcik, Matthew Swift and Ross McKnight, András Pintye and László Pintye, the San Bernardino shooters, the Charlie Hebdo shooters, the Boston Marathon bombers, Rolf B. and Robin G., the D.C. snipers and Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols. These aren't duos, but I'd also like to mention the London Bridge attackers and the 7/7 bombers.

For me Alec/Maya McKinney and Devon Erickson is a case I find interesting. Killer duos interest me because *how*, how could they convince one another and lead them down the trail to these crimes and what was their motive? How do these killer duos, trios, and the like exist without one giving another up before these attacks happened?

I don't know any duos, but I have two favorite "gangs" who committed strange crimes.
Pooh gang: Masayuki Ishikawa and two others (Ishikawa himself was wearing a Pooh bear costume, one with a panther and the other with a Mickey Mouse costume) committed robberies in 2008 and ended stealing US$ 160 in money.
The teddy bear gang: Three men and a teenager were arrested after robbing R$ 50,00 to buy beer and watch the Brazil x Germany in 2018. The name for the gang originated because a teddy bear was tied to the roof of the car which they fled, which surprisngly, led to their capture.

Annamaria Botticelli and Mariena Sica are still (in)famous here in my country. They are two Italian female killers, who ruthlessly killed with an elaborate and twisted plan their school friend Nadia Roccia staging her suicide in 1998, when I was a very little kid. Their case impressed me a lot, so much that I still remember some details from when I used to peek my parents papers and tv news about it (I have an amazing memory); when I grew up, internet helped me to rediscover and understand it. Apparently there was the classic dynamic "leader-follower" between them. They seemed two very brilliant and good high school girls. Here they are: [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Kenneth Bianchi and Angelo Bouno (The Hillside Stranglers) - Serial killer cousin duo that committed the murder of ten women in Los Angeles between October 1977 and February 1978.

Luiz Henrique De Castro and Guilherme Taucci (The Raul Brasil massacre 2019)- I like this case because there is not so much information about they relationship, and only rumors and few information about the interaction among them, their relationship seems strange and curious, but no matter how hard I investigate, little information I get about the relationship between them.
Carlos Robledo Puch and Jorge Ibañez (serial killers, 1971)- Ibañez was the partner in crime with Carlos Robledo Puch, one of the most infamous serial killers in Argentina, theres is not much information about him (and only is his ID Photo) he commited most of the crimes with Carlos, and seems that they have a strong relationship (there are some rumors about they being homosexual, but Carlos denies this). Ibañez ended up dying in a strange car accident (which is not yet known if it was caused by Carlos or not) I don't think much is said about Ibañez since Carlos was the most famous face of the case, however their relationship and how they began to commit crimes since they met when they were very young, is interesting.

Paul Bernardo and Carla Holmaka. So disturbing and happened about 20 miles from where I grew up, right across the border

The Boston bomber Tsarnaev brothers are pretty interesting, like how they gave up the college life and pursued domestic terrorism, blew up the 2013 Boston Marathon and then got in a shoot out with the police. A true scar for America and something that drives my dad Islamophobic.
