IIRC a forensic psychiatrist posthumously diagnosed Wellington Menezes de Oliveira as having schizophrenia.

Posthumous diagnosis is always a sketchy thing. If you have not interacted with the patient directly, you can't even call it a diagnosis. In some cases it might be obvious enough to allow professionals to amke an "educated guess", but that's it.

This was the case with Elliot Rodger's narcissistic personality disorder. It's so easy to see to see a full blown case of NPD in Elliot. But his father said elliot refused any counseling or medication when he was 18 so no one could make a formal diagnosis.

Yeah I think he's one of the more obvious cases. Others are far more sketchy. Lanza and Cho - I think we have good grounds to believe they suffered from some psychotic disorder, but I don't think we have enough info to narrrow it down.
Likewise Eric, I think it is a substantiated suspicion that it was something along the lines of AsPD or Narc.PD or Hare/Cleckley-style Psychopathy etc. But what exactly it was and how severe, we just cannot say with any level of certainty now taht he's dead.
