I included the redacted photo as a joke. The redacted image is containing part of the shooters clothing. The reason for redaction is incomprehensible. This is what the CSP says regarding why the photograph was redacted:

"Personnel/medical/similar files, invasion of personal privacy"

"Right to privacy (US Const. Amend. 14) and/or Victim Rights (CT Const. Art. 1 Sec 8b)"

What is this suppose to mean in this context?

They don't make sense. How does an image of Lanza's vest for example, violate the above?
