here's the cctv footage of the shooting, he starts firing from the left hand side of the screen but the suicide isn't featured in the cctv:

The shooter was Euler Fernando Grandolpho and he was 49 years old, motive is still unknown though since he had no ties to the church whatsoever and currently they're (unsurprisingly) pinning it on "mental health issues".
This is also a picture of the pistol still gripped in his hand after he shot himself in the head in front of the alter after being shot in the ribs by responding a officer:
