Video of Eric being ignored

This video right here proves the theory that indeed both of the boys were bullied and ignored. I don't think Eric was being in a creep in this video so why would that blonde girl ignore him like that? Its students like that girl that give public schools a bad name.

I came up with new game; it's kinda like shots except instead of drinking you just murder someone every time a girl doesn't give you her undivided attention.

lmao but really. Just because you sit with someone doesn't mean that have to be enamored with you. Also, why not just actually sit at the table? there is an empty chair right infront of her. Don't pull up a chair and just kinda sit behind them like some sort of weird beta orbiter.

This clip is extra cringey to me cause I used to do the exact type of shit Eric is doing here. If I liked or had a crush on a girl in school I would just sort of orbit her, use mutual friends as an excuse to go be near her. But too afraid to be in her direct sight, so I'd be just "around" her, hoping she'd eventually notice me trying my damnest to look "cool" and say something lmao.

I'm so glad that unlike Eric, I had older sisters that straightened my ass out and told me what dork I was being. Jesus the cringe is real.

She's ignoring him because he isn't Chad. If he was some bullymaxxed jock who just got done shoving a nerd into a locker she'd be hanging on his every word and laughing at his jokes.

Stuff like this is probably what made Eric so angry at the world. This video should be renamed, "School Shooter Fuel."

Eric seemed to pride himself in being a smart and thoughtful guy who is deep and stuff but then he chases after the stereotypical preppy girls

I actually have no idea what kinds of girls Dylan liked... Marla was beautiful but also part of the TCM and a bit different. I think Kristen was too.

I went to a private H.S. and we didn't "cliques" or anything like that.

you watch this video and you wonder where did Cullen see that Eric was a charismatic ladies man? I mean I know it was just a little snippet of time but Eric was really a very awkward teenager. I think Eric could be extremely polite, and he was very smart so many girls probably liked it. I read a lot of places that he was someone that would walk you to class. But that doesn’t mean he was a ladies man, and that doesn’t mean he didn’t have other factors in his personality that really turned girls off.

The only two people I’ve ever heard describe Eric as charismatic and charming are Dave Cullen and Sue Klebold.

Regardless of the shooting, I mean I bet it wasn't only Eric she ignored, she probably ignored other guys too. This girl had a crappy attitude. I guess she's 1 out of millions who act like that in schools. I don't know how it is today, but back then people were so rude.

Walking girls to class alone is enough to put them off. You need to be a bit of an arsehole to really pull the women. Being kind = friend zone.

Speaking as a woman, most of us don’t like assholes we like confidence. A guy walking me to class and chatting with me I would really like. But if the guys an asshole to me, I will assume he doesn’t like me and continue on my way.

It was a terrible generalisation, I was alluding to ‘preppy’ schoolgirls. It was the same in the UK with the popular girls, you couldn’t be nice otherwise you’d have no chance.

Well when Susan Dewitt was at his house, Eric only kissed her on the cheek and said goodbye. He also had a lack of self confidence.

To be honest, I doubt Harris had any strong sense of sanity or clear thought in the last two-ish years of his life.
I don't want to be the "doom" messenger, but I can assume that KMFDM, Rammstein etc certainly fueled his emotions, one just needs to look at Rammstein's english lyrics to understand (Sensucht, Kokain, Weisses Fleisch especially, considering it ties into one of Harris' forced sex fantasies)

We can't think similarly to someone that doesn't have a stable mind, so it seems Harris internalized all of this, and used it as an excuse to rid himself of any moral anchors leading up to the attack, but this is just my opinion, the only one that can answer this blew his brains out in the library 20 years ago.

Every time I observe Brandi's behavior, I get the (overwhelming) urge to backhand her.
She comes off as shallow, disrespectful and dismissive to him and I don't understand why Eric spent any time with her.

I went to school with people like her and it still pisses me off when I remember my school years.
Personally, I'd never treat him or Dylan like they don't exist and being treated like a ghost (no pun intended) can fuck you up, especially if you're trying to make friends or just socialize, not to mention awkward as fuck...

Even though he was smart as shit, I don't think that challenge was something he could resist. We know he eventually grew tired and angry that he never succeeded, though, which isn't too hard to understand.

Sounds like me. It's been 10 years since highschool, and I still haven't gotten over the girl I had a crush on.

Seriously, he had probably a dozen of girls he was "in love with". Not that it's something unusual for a teen boy, but it's not like love of his life rejected him.

Oh come on, no one owes you friendship/relationship or a response to the attention that you show them.

She might be a bit cold here, but let's not pretend she should've been forced to be their friend.

I think the fact he got ostracized and bullied by the athletes played more into this than a girl ignoring him.
