Another little known shooting that caught my eye today. Two details about this one stood out to me though:

This reminds me of how the London Bridge Attackers took steroids before their attack and how Seifeddine Rezgui took cocaine before his shooting.

Learned about this when I was only 12. Remember being somewhat fascinated with this case, but only for a few hours :p

This reminds me of Trey Eric Sessler, or Mr. Anime. he planned to commit a shooting after killing his parents Kip Kinkel style but just doing that made him grow a conscious. What's funny is, he was apparently a severe alcoholic at the time, so he could have easily just gotten blackout drunk and did it anyway
