Cops shooting into the emergency exit

Has this been discussed before, showing police shooting into the emergency exit? Seems to say the computer was hit by them.  Never seen the rest of this diagram. Wonder if this made them move East. It is curious that the last time Eric shot at police was near where he committed suicide, instead of up by the windows.
