When I was in middle school this dude jerked off right into the guidance counselor's pepsi while she was out of the room. Nobody knew about it except him at the time. He confided this info to me years later, I believe we were even out of college by that point.

I heard from my Forensic Science teacher that a student at my school got expelled after giving their class brownies with laxatives in them. Needless to say, it must have been a really shitty day for them...
