Alfeu Viero Filho - Tormentor-defecator next door

Alfeu Viero Filho is a Brazilian criminal known as the Rei dos B.Os as he has 74 occurrences report against him, and also 13 criminal actions. He is known for tormenting residents of a apartment building in Curitiba, Paraná, Brazil, such as peeing on their doors, and beating some of them, among other things.

Crimes
Earliest disorders praticised by Filho were commited in October 2019, when he physically assaulted seven residents of a apartment building, including pushing a woman by her hair, and biting one resident and throwing rocks at him, and defecating on a crucifix and in a peephole. Everytime he was taken to the police station, he would be released after giving testimony. People in the apartment said they were physically and verbally abused by Filho. To avoid being filmed, Filho once turned the apartment's camera around so he could not be filmed. He also scattered coarse salt in the apartment's stair.

Personality
According to one of the residents, Filho is already an agressive person, who used drugs, and was more disorderly when his apartament's water and light were due to be cut, and also that he was due to lose the apartment. He was also said to be anti-social.

Actions against Filho
Residents feared so much about Filho that they made a public petition to the Television claiming for peace. On November 11, 2019 an meeting including Filho happened, with a physical altercation between Filho and the residents.

Updating this and saying that his saga was over two months ago. He got taken out of the building by police after endless report of neighbours. I think it was certainly that, but the video I have at hand is 22 minutes long, and it must repetition of the aforementioned video. In that 22 minute long video the CCTV camera shows a gorup of approximately 8 policemen taking him out of the building. Apparently he is calm during the entire ordeal, even after going out of the building.
