Subject: Daniel Mauser's autopsy rapport? Sun Dec 22, 2019 3:04 pm
I think Daniel Mauser is the most intriguing person of Columbine. Is there a more extensice atopsy report available? And maybe some new photo's?

This is what I have on hand for an autopsy report for Daniel. I hope this is what you are looking for. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Here are some newer photos that I don't think have been posted here yet. The first is from a 1993 family reunion and the last two are from a 1987 family reunion. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

I got Jenn's approval to share it here since it was a public post. I can remove the photos if you would like?

I'm not sure if there are new photos but there seem to be plenty available, especially pictures of him when he was very young. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] I haven't seen this one too much as compared to the ones taken on his birthday.

Can you imagine the coroner who had to do all those autopsies and look at the bodies? Especially the guy who looked at Eric's body. Jesus. Kate Battan I think it was.

I would be interested if anybody knew whether Daniel was wearing his watch that day.

She was the main detective not the one of the doctors performing the autopsies. That had to have been brutal. However, I have heard after a while you look at people so scientifically that they are just bodies to you, nothing more, nothing less.

Yes, Kate Battan was the head of JeffCo's investigation. Dwayne Fuselier was the head of the FBI's. While the coroner was Dr. Galloway (as you can see on the above autopsy snippet from drunkdeity).

I have heard that, too, but I do wonder if it had to effect the person doing the autopsies to look at so many kids at once that had been shot? It might be easier to separate yourself from the crime when it is just one or two bodies.
