Honestly, its fucked up that people blame the parents for these shootings. Sometimes its probably the right thing to place a certain amount of blame for shaping them, such as cases where the child is horribly abused and when people know the warning signs and do nothing. But its wrong to do so even without knowing the actual circumstances of the situation. The Klebolds and the Harrises both seems like good families.
I also take issues with describing Dylan as a monster. I think he was severely frustrated and depressed and didnt know how to handle it. As with many other shooters. Theres desperation and frustration. I can never condone such acts, though, and it's a bit beyond me how anyone can do it. Yet, at the same time, the oftentimes feelings of helplessness and frustration tells me that I dont like the label 'monster', unless we are talking about psychopaths.
