Strange crimes that happened in your town but weren't reported by media

Well, strange crimes here in Olinda, Brazil gets unnoticed a lot, since the media here in the area apparently only cares if there's homicide, or political events.

The meaning of this thread is to you to bring to light strange crimes that happened in your town but got no media attention. I only have one example:

The cuckold of the motorcycle of Olinda:
A man known for his blasted motorcycle motor sound who passes through Joaquim Nabuco with the unsupportable blasted motor sound of his proudly-shown motorcycle normally in the night or midnight. The most recent word of mouth news about this man was that he killed someone in the Alligator Park in the historic Olinda site.

This thread almost makes me wish Ziamber was still here. He could probably tell his whole life story of all the (alleged) crazy things he's done. In fact I wouldn't be surprised in the least if he stopped trolling this forum because he got booked for a petty crime.
