I was going through the games they played most and we all know that they were mostly fans of first person shooters but am I the only one who thinks they wouldve LOVED the Grand Theft Auto games? They're super violent just like they liked.
The first one was released in 1997. I'm VERY surprised it wasnt mentioned anywhere.

Because GTA I was just a top down shooter and nothing like GTA III or Vice City which came out in 2001 and 2002 respectfully. They never got to play or experience those games.

Whenever I'm in a bad mood, I just load up the game and start doing this:
Fuck the story ... I just want to run over pedestrians.

I think it would have suited their game taste more or less, at least the games from the 3D era that have made the franchise successful. I am also rather surprised that the first GTA is not mentioned anywhere, though I do not rule out the possibility of one of them trying it out in the past or at least discussing it with somebody.

For sure. They missed out on some pretty good games being gamers. If they were alive today they'd probably be having a blast with the new DOOM's. PC Gaming was just picking up Steam in the 90's. Now it's huge.

Yeah I definitely feel they would have enjoy GTA Vice City & San Andreas had they had a chance to play them

Yes. Eric did also play Grand Theft Auto which was released in 1997.

I think because Eric liked Doom so much he would have definitely liked the GTA Games. Especially seeing them in full 3D and being able to mod them as freely as you would be able to in Doom.
