Dennis Rader (also known as "BTK - Bind/Torture/Kill") is an American serial killer responsible for the murders of ten people between 1974 and 1991. He sent several letters to the authorities over the years and kept photos, identification, or other personal belongings as trophies from his victims.

He was arrested in 2005 at the age of 60 in the midst of planning his next set of murders.
