Murder and mutilation of 3, 8-year-olds.
Prosecution and conviction of 3 teens; 2 for life, 1 to death row based solely on them wearing black, listening to Metallica, being unpopular, weird, satanic panic, and wicca.
The release of the 3 convicted teens in the 2010's because dna evidence proved them innocent.
The state not truly taking responsibility for screwing up the case or for ruining the lives of the 3 teens convicted.
The case still unsolved. 3 kids dead, another 3 traumatized; and no justice for the kids, or the families.
It makes you wonder, if we can frame and nearly kill an innocent man for this, and ruin the lives of two other people... What if they were never released and Damian Echols was executed? I can't.
