List here mass murderers that committed cannibalism during their acts.
I will begin:
Luisa Raimunda da Conceição: 30-year-old Brazilian woman who killed two of her three children in Moreno, Pernambuco, Brazil on April 19, 1967, before being subdued. She first killed the family's youngest child, José Severino, one-month and four days old baby. Immediately, Quirino Melo and Severino Cirilo went to the scene, and there they witnessed the bodies of one-year-old Maria and José Severino, badly mutilated, and showing signs of strangulation. The right ear of Maria had been partially eaten by da Conceição. Da Conceição then attempted on the life of four-year-old Severina, with her mouth glued to the neck of Severina, attempting to rip off her jugular vein. Seeing the authorities, da Conceição, with an furious fit of craziness and strange force, did not want to drop Severina.
After much fight, fearing that da Conceição concluded the strangulation, they subdued her.
Marc Sappington: American spree killer and cannibal convicted of murdering four acquaintances in March and April 2001 in Kansas City, Kansas. He gained notoriety for eating part of the leg of one of his victims, Alton "Fred" Brown. Lawyers for Sappington blamed the four-day killing spree on a history of schizophrenia and daily use of the hallucinogenic drug PCP. Sappington himself claimed that voices in his head told him to eat flesh and blood or he would die.
Possibly Alferd Packer: American who killed five men during an expediton in Colorado in the winter of 1874. Details of the deaths of his five companions are uncertain, but it is known that he killed one by gunshot. He ate some of the bodies to survive.
Dale Nelson: Canadian mass murderer who killed eight people (including five young children) and partially ate one victim in 1970 following a drinking binge and possible use of LSD. During the murders he tore and attempted to eat the organs of seven-year-old Tracey Wasyk.
