Thomas Wyllie and Alex Bolland were both 14 and jailed for 12 and 10 years after plotting a shooting at their school in Yorkshire.

Dillon Cossey is, from what I've seen, one of the best known (at least to true crime researchers) failed high school shooters. His friend told the police about his plans, and they discovered that he had three guns, two of which he gave to an acquaintance for safekeeping, as well as several homemade explosives. However, no ammunition was found, as he was stopped relatively early on in his preparation.

He was sentenced to juvenile detention until his 21st birthday. As this happened in 2007, and he was 14 at the time, he is now a free man.

He also had contact with Pekka-Eric Auvinen. I've always found the fact that they knew each other and were both planning shootings at the same time, considering their first names (or at least the latter half in Auvinen's case), to be a strange but frivolous coincidence.

Kyle Davis - Sentenced to 16 years in prison for plotting a mass shooting in Gloucester, UK.

Liam Lyburd - Sentenced to life with a minimum term of 8 years in prison for plotting a school shooting at Newcastle College, UK.

Elizabeth Lecron - Sentenced to 15 years in prison for plotting a mass shooting in Toledo, Ohio.

Lindsay Souvannarath - Sentenced to life in prison with no possibility of parole for 10 years for plotting a mass shooting at the Halifax Shopping Centre in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Randall Sheperd - Sentenced to 10 years in prison for plotting a mass shooting at the Halifax Shopping Centre in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Michael Piggin - Sentenced to a mental health facility indefinitely for plotting a mass shooting in Loughborough, UK.

There are also those that have been arrested for planning a mass shooting, such as Connor Pruit and Phillip Byrd, the four teenagers that plotted a shooting on the 25th anniversary of Columbine and Tres Genco, but they have not yet been sentenced.
