I found an interesting article on RMF FM (Polish news website) on failed attack planned by 4 teenagers at Warsaw high school several years ago: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
I will quote and translate an excerpt:
''After the teenage attacker was arrested, the police checked his computer. They found a forum where young people with similar interests exchanged their opinions on shootings. It turned out that a 14yo Chełm attacker (Łukasz Wach) was in contact with a students of a technical high school in Warsaw. It was a matter of time to trace the IP numbers and addresses of the Warsaw teenagers and the surrounding area. On this basis, the police officers from the criminal terror department of the KSP arrested the teenagers''. (In Polish: ''Po zatrzymaniu nastoletniego zabójcy policjanci sprawdzili jego komputer. Natrafili w nim na forum, na którym opiniami wymieniali się młodzi ludzie o podobnych zainteresowaniach. Okazało się, że 14-latek z Chełma kontaktował się z uczniami technikum z Warszawy. Kwestią czasu było namierzenie numerów IP i adresów nastolatków ze stolicy i okolic. Na tej podstawie do działań przystąpili policjanci z wydziału terroru kryminalnego KSP''.)
There is no any Polish forum about Columbine and other shootings if I remember correctly. So there is a possibility that Łukasz Wach and the Warsaw Columbiners may have been members of the Columbine Forumotion Forum.

Wach was obsessed with one Polish female murderer, so it's possible he didn't need the English language forums, but it's the only place to discuss this sort of thing, so i think he at least new about this forum.
