| Well a movie about Rachel is already there. How about a film about Dylan and Eric? Do they deserve it? There is no doubt that their stories are no less exciting and dramatic than the story of Rachel (as well as other victims). I would really like to see a movie about Columbine. And so it was more factual than artistic fiction. No, not to show another crazy killers (no Mickey and Mallory!), but to tell the true story with all its ugly facts. No savoring of violence, no religious overtones, just life as it is. What do you think? _________________ I just want something I can never have.

| I think the facts could be hard to get. I mean there are certain things that are fact, certain things that are myth but accepted as fact, and some very grey areas. I think though that there will never really be a good time to make a movie really about them bc someone might be hurt.
And I think debates on accuracy would abound _________________ Hold me now I need to feel complete Like I matter to the one I need

| I don't see why there couldn't be one in the future. I'd kill for it. If Hitler can have a full length motion picture, surely Eric and Dylan could. _________________ I had to die in order to truly live. Just because I think you're okay today doesn't mean I won't hate you tomorrow.

| I think a big reason why we probably won't see a movie anytime soon is because it's still such a sensitive subject. A lot of the survivors and people who live in the community (especially ones that had friends/loved ones killed or injured) don't want to see a movie that gives any attention to e&d, since that's what they wanted. I've read that its such so touchy that people who live in Littleton Still don't like to talk about it. Almost like its a forbidden subject. A lot of people were angry about the movie I'm Not Ashamed including scenes with e&d in them (I kinda wish they would've been kept out of That movie as well but for a different reason). People are terrified a movie will glorify them, but what they probably don't realize is that there are sites and online communities already doing that and have been around for years.
It would be interesting to see a movie based on e&d but it would have to be accurately done. I think most people would rather see movies based on the victims. | |

| You know what I find vaguely disturbing? The movie about the Boston Marathon bombings. That is a fairly recent tragedy and I was shocked to see that it is released in theaters now. The wounds for those victims have to be fresh. Has anyone seen it yet? |

I haven't seen it yet, but I did here Mark Wahlberg(a Boston boy) speak about it prior to its release. and the film is intended to show the spirit and resilience of the people of Boston. Its an attempt to show how a community banded together to catch these losers and begin the healing process. From my understanding it is in no way trying to glorify these scumbags or exploit the people of Boston's suffering. _________________ Time has little to do with infinity and jelly donuts...
