Along Eric Borel who has already been mentioned, here are two other French shooters:
Christian Dornier shot dead his mother and sister and injured his father. Then he drove to a village where he killed 15 people and injured 7 others
Roger Girerd killed 10 members of his family with a knife and a rifle.

What Trey did reminds me of Carniflex. Trey didn't do the school shooting because it felt "too real". I think Carniflex was on his way to do a mass shooting but got arrested about 3 miles from his home.
