Columbine influenced shooters/attackers of different races?

A few weeks ago I made a thread asking if anyone knew of any Asian rampage attacks inspired or influenced by Columbine. Since a lot of Columbine copycats are mostly white, I was wondering if anyone knows of copycats but of different races? (non-whites basically)

Black:
Darion Aguilar
Chris Harper Mercer (He was half-black)

Asian (Im talking about ELSEWHERE in the world since so far there's no recorded Columbine copycat attacks that happened IN ASIA):
