2001: 9/11 - 2,977 dead
2019: SARS-CoV-2 pandemic in the United States - 1,056,789+ dead (allegedly from a deliberate lab leak to sabotage the West)
2022(?): Russian MAD (coming soon?)

It's hard to come across a mass murder with 1,000 deaths or more.
Diseases and world leaders would obviously be on here, but aren't that interesting.

2004 Madrid bombings by Al Qaeda, only killed 193, but the bombings injured 2,050 people which is a sizable amount for a terrorist attack.
But not as bad as 9/11.

Well one theory states that the Chinese government covered up the evidence of a lab leak, in fact just last year it was revealed that there was three lab workers from the Wuhan Institute of Virology got sick with Coronavirus just before the outbreak. That's true also. Look into Dr. Fauci and his organization called NIH - a taxpayer funded group that oversaw the gain of function exercises at the Wuhan lab between 2014-17 who then lied to Congress about it  when Republican Rand Paul exposed him.

Well, scratch that. Just 9/11. The official COVID narrative is a food market, so just going off mere narrative Coronavirus wasn't an act of bioterrorism, since anybody can claim that about any particular event. The 2001 Anthrax attacks stands as the only confirmed act of bioterrorism that fell under mass murder (5 deaths). As for Russian MAD, that wouldn't be considered mass murder, since it's a military strike. The use of nukes in a mass murder would likely be dirty bombs or sabotaging a nuclear power plant. This has never been pulled off before. The only time a nuke has been used as a weapon was in 1945. But that could change with time.
