It's simply virtue signalling at this point. No notoriety is so retarded, people act like saying a shooter's name once will instantly cause him to have dozens of copycats. If wikipedia has his fucking name you have no reason to blur his face out.

Texas using no notoriety on Salvador of all people is basically the worlds weakest attempt at saying they “did something” without actually doing anything. No notoriety is useless anyways. Withholding information will only fuel more interest and attention to the shooters
