931 kills (perp: Thug Behram) (year: 1790 - 1840) (type: serial killer, not mass murderer like the rest)

Brzica killing that many people is highly unlikey because he would have to kill non stop for 10 hours a person every 45 seconds. It's commonly seen now as an exaggeration by Yugoslav communists as there's no concrete evidence for it. Still a cool guy though.
