Ilnaz Galyaviev can't get his new PlayStation 5

On the 7th of August a new court hearing will be held in the Fourth Court of Appeal of General Jurisdiction in Nizhny Novgorod - Ilnaz Galyaviev asked for a re-examination of his case.

The lawyer of the defendant believes that the life sentence verdict should be commuted. He asked to cancel the sentence and start a new trial.

The representative of one of the injured parties also doesn't agree with the court's decision to satisfy the civil action only partly.
