However, Wikipedia also has a policy that states that the ideal length for a Wikipedia article is 50,000 bytes. The Sandy Hook shooting article is currently over 200,000 bytes (not good). When this happens, it's suggested that the main article should be split into multiple, smaller articles for better readability.

I personally can’t, because I’ve been banned for altering the motives of multiple shootings repeatedly. And they got rid of all of my 100% accurate detail edits on the site. I think more people should point out the actual factors that made him a shooter. Like his misanthropy, ideals, and warning signs and causes. But still, English wiki at least tolerates creating an articles about current events/lesser known shootings etc., while Polish wiki deleting articles about nearly all current events for alleged "abusing of Wiki's rules" regarding the rule that says "Wikipedia isn't the news organization".
