Sending a sympathy card or message is actually a very sadistic thing to do.

I’ve been following this case through the trial and am glad this is such a rare crime. There was a lot of evidence she was guilty but the narcissist she is dragged it all through the courts saying she didn’t do it. Have you seen her handwriting too? It’s like a 12 year olds. Those poor parents and family members of those children, it’s horrific. Doubt she’ll be seeing outside an institution again.

I agree, that hand-written letter that she wrote about her doing it was almost impossible to defend and it is absolutely certain that she will get life without the possibility or parole.

Crazy that the hospital ignored all the alarms signaled by the other doctors... It's not like she tried being discreet about it either

I agree, but some people can wave more red flags than a communist parade, and still are allowed to go ahead with their rampage......

The thing is, she could have killed and attempted to kill more that we don't know about.
