According to Wikipedia the Czech Republic has a magazine capacity limit of 10 bullets for rifles. It would be interesting to know if this guy had gotten any "over the limit" magazines from somewhere.

It is not true. Nowhere is it stated that he definitely killed two people a week ago "The indications are absolutely pointing to it. We await the results of the ballistics tests,” It is then speculation and the police say that there are indications of it. Nothing is confirmed yet.

The police search for the shooter was initiated by a witness before shooting, who reported that a friend had sent her a suicidal text message and was not responding to calls.
The perpetrator killed 13 people on the spot, the fourteenth victim succumbed to his injuries after being transported to the hospital.
According to unconfirmed reports, he shot himself with a shotgun. The man is also suspected of the murder of two people in Klánovice.
The shooting at the FF UK has 14 victims from among students and other people, and the perpetrator also died, making 15 dead in total, said the director of the Prague police, Petr Matějček.

Police found two dead bodies, an adult and a small child, in Klánovické les on Friday afternoon after a witness reported hearing gunshots around 3:00 p.m. "Clarifying this double murder is our priority. The case is being worked on by a team of several dozen of the most experienced criminologists, who were also reinforced by colleagues from the Office of the Criminal Police Service and Investigations of the Police Presidium," the police said on the X network .
"Currently, standard criminal proceedings are being carried out, including examination of the crime scene, evaluation of secured traces, camera recordings and inspection of objects of interest with the aim of detecting and apprehending the suspect," the police said.
The incident was reported around 3pm on Friday by a woman who heard gunshots, the spokesman said. The dispatched police patrol found two people without signs of life at the scene. The incident happened in the forest near Čmelická street.
"During yesterday (Friday) afternoon, criminal investigators qualified the case in Klánovický les as a double murder. The subsequently adopted security measures also corresponded to these facts," said the spokesperson. He added that due to the fact that one of the murdered is a child, it is not possible to provide more detailed information in this regard.

This messed with me far more than it should've, but for me it's when I'm trying to seriously discuss a topic like major tragedies and the person, usually a younger lad asks "What's a Columbine or what's V-Tech? Even Sandy Hook" or "What happened in Oklahoma City in 1995". It messes with me, because in my view it's like how does one not know what happened? I mean we're always told to never forget these things and never again, but... It also just seems the past, current, and inevitable future events & victims are almost always doomed to be forgotten later.
I merely wonder how long it'll be when people have no idea when one references tragic events such as Beslan, 9/11, or 7/7.

I also feel old as fuck when kids comment on 9/11 videos complaining about the shitty quality. They don't realize in 2001 things were so different. I was 17 and had one of those indestructible nokia phones you could only text or phone ppl with. We didn't have the luxury of being able to film and take pics of anything straight away lol

This messed with me far more than it should've, but for me it's when I'm trying to seriously discuss a topic like major tragedies and the person, usually a younger lad asks "What's a Columbine or what's V-Tech? Even Sandy Hook" or "What happened in Oklahoma City in 1995". It messes with me, because in my view it's like how does one not know what happened? I mean we're always told to never forget these things and never again, but... It also just seems the past, current, and inevitable future events & victims are almost always doomed to be forgotten later.
I merely wonder how long it'll be when people have no idea when one references tragic events such as Beslan, 9/11, or 7/7.
This has happened to me too. It makes talking to people about my interests difficult not only because of the subject matter but because most people don't know what I'm talking about.
