| Since Columbine it seems like school shootings have become more common and deadly than ever before. Usually the shooter is male. Do you think its possible that the next tragedy could be committed by a female. Why or why not? | |

| I don't see why not - there was that one foiled in Canada last week and a girl was involved. | |

| I'd be very surprised if a girl committed a huge Columbine-style attack. We're typically the victims, not the perpetrators. |

Though that is typically true, don't you think its possible for a girl to become sick of being the victim and lash out violently much like Eric and Dylan did? I know there have been female shooters such as Brenda Spencer in 1979, but it seems the majority of females who do fantasize about killing don't go through with it, at least not to the scale of Columbine. So I can imagine if a girl ever did decide to go on a homicidal rampage like Columbine, she would feel the need to prove herself by gaining a high kill rate. If that did happen, do you believe it's possible for a female shooter to plan an attack worse than Columbine?

If it hadn't been foiled, do you think that attack would be as devastating as Columbine? Why or why not?

| I think it had the potential to be worse, yes (going of devastating meaning the kill count). I'm only basing that on there were 3 people & they were going there as far as I'm aware strictly to shoot - not like Eric & Dylan where their hand was forced to just shoot when the bombs didn't go off.
I know this wasn't going to be a school shooting, but would have been a shooting involving a girl all the same.
