Some of Dylans thoughts used in a song

I was reading and I came across something that said the song "sun" by Sleeping at last used some of Dylans thoughts from his journal. I'm not sure if it's true but has anyone heard of that before?

The song 'Rise' by Skillet has the 911 call in the library recreated at the end of the song.

This is true. I have the song and some parts are definitely adapted from his journal. "Infinity times infinity," "We are infinite as the universe we hold inside," and a couple other parts.
