| I would have a hard time if the prosecution says no to life in prison. The victim's families and survivors want justice, but I am sure they also want to move on too. The more this drama continues, the harder it is for the survivors and victim's families to recover. Sometimes, it is best to let it go and just settle rather than fight over the death penalty. | |

Just read that the prosecution is demanding the death penalty, but there is still a tiny change they are gonna take the offer. The judge was at one time a Columbine student... _________________ Ignorance is bliss!-Dylan Klebold

Dude. Life in prison is a LOT worse than execution! [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] |

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] There really is no alternative for James. Maybe being sent to a mental hospital for the rest of his life assuming he is not condemned to death. If he is sent to prison, I would expect him to be left in isolation for most of the week.

Just read that the prosecution is demanding the death penalty, but there is still a tiny change they are gonna take the offer. The judge was at one time a Columbine student... I have heard about the new plans. It is interesting that the judge was once a Columbine student.

I wondered this, if maybe due to his notoriety he would be kept separate?
