That seems like a long time
Dylan's car was returned in October 1999 and I'm not sure about the ring etc

Also, Dave Sanders' headstone is located just above Corey and Rachel however his body was buried at a separate location inside the cemetery.

That does seem an awful long time. I mean there is ONLY so many times you can look over something before you have seen it inside out. Especially something as small as a wallet.

in episode 4 of the show Stephen King's Nightmares and Dreamscapes there is a photo of Eric & Dylan at the 28 minute mark during a scene where the main character is talking about topics on the news.

Erin Boortz, who seems like the best guess for Dylan's acrostic poem, had her car shot at some point during.
Hers was a white Chevy Blazer which was parked in the Seniors Lot. From the drawing on the police statement (pg. 2503) it looks like it was near the upper west doors. I have always assumed it was the car that Gardner and Marton took shelter behind (pg. 8073).

The 2500s is what I was re-reading. Fascinating stuff. Quite a coincidence.
For some other tidbits, the final Molotov was a Frappuccino bottle thanks to Time magazine.
In several early sources including Time, they say the bombs were in the kitchen. They seem to pretty clearly have said kitchen of the cafeteria when they just meant the cafeteria, but since on the CCTV Eric and Dylan enter the kitchen, one wonders.
One could do deep dives with several video games. "Blood" would probably be most interesting to confirm they played.
