"Every table in the library except one" ?

"Every table except one had someone under it who was killed or wounded, except one (...) it was the table where Seth, Sarah and myself were hiding".

I do think this staement may be correct. I was under the impression that the table where Amanda was did not have anyone wounded, but it turns out the girl next to Amanda had a wounded arm (pipebomb shrapnel?).

*twitch* It wasn't pipe bomb shrapnel. She was shot clear through the shoulder (the blast deafened me). Steven Curnow was to her right and he wasn't so lucky.

The fact that almost every table had someone who was wounded or killed does seem to me to indicate that in fact it was pretty random. I'm further convinced that the theory that it was specific people being targeted simply does not prove to be true.
