Yea, basically that is a guy asking whoever is playing the tape if 'That's the kids getting killed?' And the rest of it is one of the victims screaming "Help me. Oh my God, help me" and Eric saying "Shut the fuck up".

*I think it was Eric. I guess it could've been Dylan. Dylan was the one doing all the shooting. The popping sounds is Dylan shooting the Tec 9.
