Would Eric and Dylan have liked The Walking Dead?

I wonder if Eric and Dylan would have liked the AMC series The Walking Dead? Or even the video games of The Walking Dead. I mean the show is kinda like Doom - a little, lol, killing zombies (or walkers as they call them) and bad guys going up against good guys. I wonder what their thoughts would have been on the show.

If their taste for bloody movies/games hadn't mellowed out as they got older, then I would say yes.

they did not seem to mention George Romero anywhere. I know Eric liked Evil Dead though since he used Ash sound clips in his Doom wad.

I think it is interesting to see in TWD how Rick basically turns from naive and good, to sharp minded and evil in order to protect his own group. It shows how different circumstances defines peoples perception of ethics, which is somewhat relevant to the subject of columbie.

They would like it for it's violence and morbidity, but probably would stop enjoying it or admitting to enjoy it once it became really popular. Both of them seemed to take pride in liking more obscure movies, music, etc from their peers.

This is not taking into consideration them maturing since I have no idea how they would have turned out.

Dylan would probably like Eugine and Eric would have been a Negan fan, though he'd still have respect for Rick.

I do think Eric would have watched it, he liked the Apocalyptic mini-series 'The Stand' by Stephen King.
