Sigmund Freud and Columbine

You'll have to excuse me. It's late here, and my mind wanders in weird places at these ungodly hours...

I'm reading a book on Sigmund Freud at the moment, and when I'm bored, I like to imagine what conclusions Mr. Freud would come to if he were asked to write an article on Columbine and E/D.

What would be his psychoanalysis?

I think Mr. Freud would say that E/D's virginity was so unbearable to them that they threw a huge temper-tantrum and attacked Columbine High in some sort of neurotic attempt to wipe out all the sexual competition in one big blast.

Eric chose to plant TWO round-shaped bombs in an unconscious phallic expression of his manhood against his competition. i.e. "My balls are bigger than yours."

I wonder what some of the other great thinkers would have thought of E/D's attack?

He'd have tied to sex and poo one way or another.

Yes, let's not forget those long, large, machismo pump action guns they were waving around.  Eric had two long ones and Dylan had a double and a short one which over compensated by shooting faster.  Good god, Freud was rather obsessed with sex.  Perhaps he should've been on Luvox. ;)
