I used to play a server with the school shooter gamemode. Sad that I can't find the server anymore.
There's also a Postal gamemode where someone plays as the Postal dude and hunts down people with a shotgun. It's actually pretty similar to the school shooter gamemode. No one's made a server for it though.

Was Carmageddon mentioned on this thread, not really focused on it but a way of getting more points in the game is via mowing down pedestrians in a level in means similar to a vehicular rampage.

I remember Carmageddon. Didn't you score extra bonus points if you were able to chain pedestrian kills? I usually ended a race by trashing all the opposition. I doubt many gamers completed races via checkpoint chasing.

My friend recently told me about a game called "Tag in the Hallway", where you play as a schoolgirl who goes on a stabbing rampage at her school. It was posted on a forum about another game, called "Killing Kids at Ikeda RPG", which is probably based off SCMRPG. The game is hard to find, but the friend managed to find some gameplay.

Yeah, it was based off Osaka.

The game I'm O.K. is violent and makes fun of Jack Thompson, an anti-video game activist. I think there's a story behind this, I'll have to check on it later.

Postal 2 and Paradise Falls is very violent as well.

It didn't feel right to put it alongside games like Postal or Hatred. Put on under flash games because didn't feel as polished or legit as the other games mentioned.

I wanted to make my own mass shooting game in 2017 but unfortunately my disability caused psychological liquidation makes the kind of intense learning required for it impossible.

There was this school shooting "simulator" made by the US Army to help save lives. Yes, a game where you can play AS THE SHOOTER is promoted by the US Army as a simulator to help save lives in a actual school shooting. It more looks like a more improved version of the Active Shooter game.

On a unrelated note, the guy playing as the shooter is probably the worst player I've ever seen. His targets were right in front of him and he either missed all of his shots or didn't fire.

I made some shooting missions for ArmA: Cold War Assault. Unfortunately the game/mod I use (FFUR 2007) has some weird civilian behaviours like hordes of civilians running towards my position from time to time.
